1. Quilting Needle - Size 7-10 (10 being the smallest) 8 is suggested for beginners.
2. Thimble - should fit on the middle finger of your dominant hand.
3. Quilting Thread - Should be Mercerized 100% cotton quilting thread
4. Batting - The central core of any quilting project, available in polyester, cotton, or wool. Polyester dries better when washed, but cotton and wool are considered more natural fibers for quilting
5. Material - Two pieces of material to sandwich the batting material.
6. Quilting Pattern - You can transfer quilting patterns onto tracing paper for long lasting use.
