Materials Needed

1. Recycled coffee can

2. Two toilet paper tubes

3. Silver tissue paper

4. Purple construction paper

5. Scotch tape

6. Glue

7. Scissors

8. Hot glue gun

9. Your own bank checking account is needed to put your money in!

Instructions To Make A Princess Castle Bank :
1. Empty and clean your recycled coffee can.

2. Wrap the can and two toilet paper tubes with silver tissue paper to make the base of your castle bank.

3. Fold the purple paper into four recgangles and cut them out. Wrap one square making a cone shape and tape it in place. Cut the curved bottom.

4. Repeat with second sheet of paper. This will make the tops of the towers of yoru castle bank.

5. Glue the tops of your castle bank towers to your toilet paper tubes.

6. Cut out a draw bridge from your purple paper and glue it to your the coffee can part of your castle piggy bank.

7. Put a slot on the top of your coffee can lid with a pair of scissors. It should be large enough to drop coins into the castle bank slot that will end up in your bank checking account someday.

8. To make the edging across the top of the coffee can, cut out strips of card stock and glue the tissue paper to it. When it dries, cut out the square edges. Glue or tape it to the top of the coffee can.

9. Hot glue the two towers to the sides of your coffee can.

10. Now you have a castle piggy bank that will be so much fun to drop coins into and make a deposit into your bank checking accounts when your empty the castle bank.
