    Princess Castle Valentine Mailbox

Make your own Disney princess castle valentine mailbox using a recylced cereal box and paper towel cardboard tubes. Any little princess whether she be Cinderella, Belle, Snow White, Ariel, or Tiana would love to collect their valentines in their own homemade valentine mailbox castle.
    Time to Complete : < 30 minutes
    Difficulty : Easy
Submitted By : Crafty Shops Creative Staff
    Materials Needed
    1. Recycled cereal box
    2. Two (2) recycled paper towel tubes
    3. Wrapping paper - metalic white or something close to castle wall bricks
    4. Craft Sticks (about 7 depending on width) Used to make the castle draw bridge
    5. White yarn
    6. Disney Princess stickers - find at any store that sells Disney products
    7. Yellow construction paper
    8. White paint - to paint the sticks for the draw bridge, unless already are white.
    9. Scissors
    10. Glue
    11. Scotch tape

    Instructions
    1. Wrap your cereal box and tubes with wrapping paper. Make sure you leave the bottoms free, so they will stand up without support.
    2. The tubes will serve as your towers. Cut up and down in square blocks around the top fo each tower. Do the same for the top of the main part of the castle.
    3. Add windows and doors. Cut out yellow paper in the shape of windows, usually curved at the top. Add princess stickers to it. then glue to the appropriate place on your castle.
    4. A main archway should be added to the front of your castle by cutting out a large yellow piece of paper. Add pincess skickers, preferably knights on horses and glue it to the front of your castle.
    5. Make your draw bridge : If not painted, paint the sticks white. Lay one stick down and then glue the rest of the sticks across the main stick perpendicularly.
    6. Glue a strip of paper to the draw bridge and to the bottom of the cereal box to form a hinge.
    7. Attach the yarn to the draw brige and push it through the castle with a knot to hold it in place.
    8. Add hearts to your castle to give it a Valentine look as well.
    9. Now you have a valentine mailbox for your friends and family to give valentines to their little princess!
