Wedding Dress Candy Favor

Serve candies in this unique wedding favor by crafting this easy to make wedding dress candy favor. All that you need is pudding cups, tissue paper, ribbon, and glue. Your guests will be wowed by these elegant tissue paper wedding gowns!

Materials Needed

1. 2 empty recycled pudding cups

2. White tissue paper

3. silver ribbon

4. Glue

5. Scissors

6. Marker

7. Candies - mints, chocolates, nuts, etc.

Instructions

1. Draw the shape of a bodice into the top of one of the cups. We made a heart kiss neckline.

2. Cut out the neckline.

3. Using glue, wrap the bodice with white tissue paper. Leave some at the top and the bottom and fold into the cup opening and across the bottom of the cup.

4. Cut out a strip of foil and line the top edge of the cup and the inside of the cup.

5. Wrap and glue the white tissue paper to the to bottom cup. You will want to have the tissue paper covering the bottom of the cup. The glue will be able to connect tissue paper better than plastic when you put them together.

6. Cut out a strip of white tissue paper that is a few inches longer than the cup and about 6 times the length of the circumfrance of the cup.

7. Glue the silver ribbon to the bottom of the skirt forming an elegant trim.

8. Glue the skirt to the top of the bottom cup and ruffle the skirt around it. Glue one section to the cup, then fold over another section and glue that. Repeat until you have ruffled the skirt around the cup.

9. Glue the bodice to the skirt. You may want to hold it down until the glue dries with a salt and pepper shaker.

10. Glue a strip of ribbon around the waistline to hide the top of the ruffle and where the two cups connect.

11. Now you have a wildly unique party favor to fill with your choice of candied treats for your wedding or bridal shower guests.

12. You can add a bouquet of flowers to add color to your wedding party favor.
