    Easter Egg Family Tree
      
    How to make an Easter egg family tree craft by hanging paper Easter eggs, decorated with marble painting technique, from a decorative hanger. Each Easter egg represents a family member in your family tree such as you, your parents, grandparents and great grandparents.

    Materials Needed
    1. Clothes Hanger - We suggest a green plastic hanger.
    2. Construction paper (pink, purple, yellow, blue)
    3. Sheet of aluminum foil
    4. Shoe box lid - any small lid
    5. Paints - white, blue, yellow, green (colorful easter colors)
    6. Plastic spoon
    7. Styrofoam bowl to dip your marbles into paints
    8. Small marbles
    9. Glue
    10. Colorful ribbon
    11. Scissors

    Instructions
    1. How to make your paper Easter eggs : Cut out 15 eggs, a different color for each generation in your Easter Egg Family Tree.
    2. How to marble paint your Easter Eggs : Pour paint into bowls. Dip your marbles into the paint with a spoon. Lay one egg in your box lid. Drop your marbles into the box lid and let them roll into a marble like painted design.
    3. After your marble painted eggs dry glue them to the shiny side of a sheet of aluminum foil. Cut them out to make a shiny border and stiffer paper eggs.
    4. Cut out thin place cards in your white consturction paper. Glue them each to the shiny side of a sheet of aluminum foil. Cut them out individually.
    5. Write the names of your family members on the name cards. Glue the name cards to the center of your paper Easter eggs.
    6. Using a hole puncher, make holes in the top center area each paper Easter egg.
    7. String ribbon through each egg and tie it to your clothes hanger. Your egg should be at the base of the hanger, parents and grandparents hang from different levels off the top bar. Great grandparents hang from the bottom bar.
    8. Now you have an Easter Egg family tree to hang with pride this Easter season.
