Celebrate fall and the gathering of families for the upcoming festive season with this fun craft.

Materials Needed

Instructions

1. To start making your family tree leaf card, collect fall leaves laying on the ground.

2. Fold a sheet of construction paper into the form of a card.

3. Lay your leaf with the veins up on a smooth surface.

4. Position your card on top of the leaf.

5. Rub crayons over the card until you see the full imprint of the leaf.

6. Turn your leaf rubbing into a family tree by pasting labels with the names of family members using the vein imprints as the branches of the tree.

7. Decorate your family tree card with a border and other fun decorative touches.
