We take the fear out of selling online, so that you can do what you do best -- crafting! We currently charge a small commission for every sale, which includes : Credit card processing fees Handling Virginia State Tax Requirements Setting up your own subdomain like http://www.yourshopname.com that you can share with your customers and direct them directly to your shop page. Handling initial customer service inquiries - (Custom orders require additional compensation) Providing payments to the shop owner Providing a Customer Order Tracking System with Email notifications .
